Registration instructions: Please read carefully Registration instructions: Please read carefully 1) Complete the registration form opposite. Any and all personal information collected will be kept in accordance with the Federal, State, Provincial and Territories Privacy Acts. 2) When you have completed the form and SELECTED THE EXAM YOU ARE TAKING, an email will be automatically sent to the email address you enter for your proctor. This will provide your proctor with a proctoring agreement and a link to the proctor's registration form. 3) Your proctor is required to complete the proctor registration form. The exam process cannot continue until the proctor registration form has been submitted with the requested information. 4) When your proctor has submitted his or her registration, ISPA Inc. will be automatically notified. 5) After all information has been checked by ISPA Inc., you will be notified by email that your online test account has been created. 6) Your proctor will activate the test by clicking on the Access link and entering the password in the box provided. Your proctor will return to their email and wait for your START link. It will be almost immediate. Use the start link to commence the test. Please Note: The test will automatically generate a ZERO mark if any attempt is made to go back, skip forward using your browser or your mouse 'back' button, or print any page or part of the test, copy, or save to another application during the test. A zero mark will apply and no further attempt will be allowed to re-sit the test in future. THE PASS MARK FOR ISPA EXAMS IS 90% THE PASS MARK FOR THE CANADIAN PLEASURE CRAFT OPERATOR CARD IS 75% THE FEE FOR THE EXAM IS FOR ONE EXAM ONLY.
